Insertion

• Ulnar aspect of base of proximal phalanx of digit 5
• Extensor expansion of digit 5

Actions

• Abduction of digit 5 at metacarpophalangeal joint
• Extension of digit 5 (due to insertion into the extensor expansion)

Vascular Supply

• Ulnar Artery (Palmar Branch)
• Palmar Digital Artery
• Superficial Palmar Arch

Nerve

• Ulnar Nerve (Deep Branch, C8-T1)
