Purpose
- To evaluate the Extensor Carpi Ulnaris as a cause of wrist pain
Description
- Patient simulates scooping ice cream against resistance
- Alternative approach is turning car keys against resistance
- ECU tendon sheath may displace or snap painfully
- Positive test
- Subluxation at ulnar wrist
