- Posterior border of Iliac Crest

- Bilateral: depression of thoracic rib cage

- Lumbar arteries
- Lumbar branch of iliolumbar artery
Innervation
- Ventral Rami of Thoracic (T12) and Lumbar (L1-L4) Nerves
