Indications
- Wrist Tendinopathies of the 2nd/3rd digit
- 2nd or 3rd proximal and middle phalanx fractures
- Nondisplaced, nonrotated
- 2nd or 3rd metacarpal fractures
- Nondisplaced fractures of the head, neck, and shaft
- Without significant angulation or rotation
- Nondisplaced Distal Radius Fracture
- Soft tissue injuries in the same distribution
- Radial-sided hand injuries
Description
- Orthopedic brace designed to immobilize the radial side of the hand and wrist.
- Stabilizes the index and middle fingers along with their metacarpals.
- Limits motion to allow proper healing of fractures and soft tissue injuries.
- Typically constructed with rigid supports, padding, and adjustable straps.
