- Evaluate the Subscapularis as a cause of shoulder pain
Description
- The patient is seated or standing
- Arms at side, elbows flexed 90°
- Important to keep elbow tucked against chest wall
- Patient internally rotates shoulders against resistance
- Positive test
- Pain or weakness
