Clinical Features

  • Found in up to 20% of healthy people
  • Usually, the diameter difference < 0.5 mm, but it can be up to 1 mm
  • Anisocoria of > 1 mm that develops later in life may be a sign of an eye, brain, blood vessel, or nerve disease
