- Generally considered the flexor compartment
- Can be divided into superficial, intermediate and deep
- Contains 8 muscles which primarily flex the wrist and fingers
- All muscles here are innervated by the median nerve
- Except FDP, FCU, innervated by ulnar nerve
- Vascular supply: radial artery, ulnar artery
- Separated from the Posterior Compartment of the Forearm by the Interosseous Membrane of Forearm
