Introduction
- Used to evaluate for subtle or occult supracondylar fractures in children
- Measured on the lateral view
Interpretation
- Curved line drawn on the lateral radiograph along the superior aspect of the ulna
- Through the coronoid and onto the anterior aspect of distal humeral shaft
- Its passage through anterior part of the capitellum signifies normal anatomy
