Purpose
- Evaluate Glenoid Labrum as a cause of shoulder pain
Description
- The patient is seated
- Hand resting on hip, thumb facing posterior
- Examiner places one hand on shoulder, other on elbow and distal humerus
- Examiner exerts a superior anterior force along the line of humerus while stabilizing shoulder with other hand
- Positive test
- Reproduction of pain, click or pop
