Purpose
- Evaluate Glenoid Labrum
Description
- Patient is in supine position with arm is abducted to 120 degrees.
- Elbow is bent to 90 degrees of flexion, forearm in supination.
- Examiner moves arm to end range external rotation.
- In this position, the examiner resists elbow flexion.
- Positive sign
- Pain during flexion
