- asymptomatic individuals with two or more risk factors
Risk Factors
- diagnosed CVD
- unstable or new or possible symptoms of CVD
- Hypertension (systolic blood pressure >140 or diastolic >90 mm Hg)
- smoking or family history of coronary artery disease (CAD) in first-degree relative <60 yr
- presence of microvascular disease/peripheral vascular disease
- autonomic neuropathy
- end-stage renal disease
- chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- asthma
- interstitial lung disease
- Cystic Fibrosis
- Diabetes Mellitus
