Purpose

  • Identify subtle or occult lisfranc injuries

Description

  • Compare the affected and unaffected foot looking at the interdigital space between the 1st and 2nd digit
  • Positive test
    • Increased "gap" or space between 1st/2nd digits compared to unaffected limb
