Purpose
- Evaluate the integrity of the posteromedial elbow as a cause of pain
Description
- The patient is seated or standing
- Shoulder in 90° abduction, the forearm in neutral rotation.
- The elbow is actively moved from flexion to extension in repetitive motion
- Positive test
- Patient experiences instability or crepitus
