Purpose

  • Evaluate the integrity of the posteromedial elbow as a cause of pain

Description

  • The patient is seated or standing
  • Shoulder in 90° abduction, the forearm in neutral rotation.
  • The elbow is actively moved from flexion to extension in repetitive motion
  • Positive test
    • Patient experiences instability or crepitus
