Purpose
- To evaluate the patient for carpal tunnel syndrome
Description
- Ask the patient to elevate both hands above the head
- Maintain this position until feeling paresthesia, numbness and dull pain in the median nerve territory
- Positive test
- Symptoms occurred within 2 minutes
