Insertion
- Dorsal aponeurosis of digits 2-5
Actions
- Flexion of digits 2-5 at the metacarpophalangeal joints
- Extension of digits 2-5 at the interphalangeal joints
Vascular Supply
- Anterior and Posterior Digital Arteries
Innervation
- Digits 2 & 3
- Median Nerve (C8-T1)
- Digits 4 & 5
- Ulnar Nerve (C8-T1)
Clinical Significance
- Hand of Benediction
- Ulnar Claw
- Lumbricalgia
- Lumbrical Tendonitis
