  • Accessory ossicle of the wrist
  • Lies on the dorsal surface of the lunocapitate articulation[1]
  • Can be mistaken for a loose body within the joint
  • Part of the differential diagnosis of dorsal atraumatic wrist pain

Clinical Significance

  • Symptomatic Os Epilunatum
