Purpose
- Evaluate the medial meniscus as a cause of the patients knee pain
Description
- The patient is asked to sit cross-legged
- The examiner exerts downward pressure on the flexed knees
- Positive test:
- Pain over the medial joint line indicates medial meniscal injury.
