- Evaluate integrity of TFCC
Description
- Patient is seated or standing
- Affected limb is placed in ulnar deviation and a shear force is applied across the ulnar complex
- Positive test:
- Pain with this maneuver

- Ulnocarpal abutment syndrome
- Lunotriquetral (LT) ligament
- Wrist Osteoarthritis
