- Stable Tibial Shaft Fracture
- Closed tibial fractures treated non-operatively

- Delayed union requiring functional loading

Description
- Rigid or semi-rigid circumferential brace for the lower leg
- Custom-molded or prefabricated design
- Applies controlled compression to soft tissues
- Allows early weight-bearing while stabilizing the fracture
- Permits knee and ankle motion (in many designs)
- Works through hydrostatic compression and functional loading
- Primary goal: promote fracture healing while maintaining mobility
