• ✅ Get rid of the right sidebar "appearance"
• ✅ Keep the "contents" sidebar on the left, and not have it collapse to the top center

• Note: Yep, now we keep it on the left even when collapsed. We can't avoid collapsing on narrow screens, as it won't fit otherwise.

• ✅ The image formatting of the amazon links in medical equipment are now off. They have lost their outline and grey background.
