- Sports Medicine Clinics at the Family Practice Center
- Sports Medicine Clinics at the Medical Plaza-Miller (Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Center (CORC) or formerly CompRehab Plaza)
- Sports Medicine - Stratford
- Wake Forest University (WFU) Training Room
- University of North Carolina (UNC) School of Arts Training Room

- Family Medicine Continuity Clinics
- WFU Exercise Physiology Programs
- Assistance in the Operating Room
- Electives usually occur one half-day per week for one to three months. Options include:
- Adolescent medicine
- Anatomy
- Foot and ankle surgery
- Hand surgery
- Cardiology
- Nutrition
- Radiology
- Rheumatology
- Physical medicine
- Physical therapy
- Call
- Fellows will usually be on call 2 or 3 nights during the week from 5pm to 8am for the student health clinic at Wake Forest University throughout the academic year.
