Description

• The patient is seated or supine, knee slightly flexed
• Examiner supports the lower leg
• They quickly dorsiflex the foot
• Following this, they maintain a dorsiflexion
• Positive/abnormal test
  • Rhythmic, involuntary movements of hte foot
