Purpose
- Evaluate the Brachial Plexus as a cause of the patients pain and other neurological symptoms
Description
- The examiner places the patients arm in a series of movements that progressively stretch the brachial plexus
- This includes
- Shoulder abduction, external rotation,
- Elbow extension, forearm supination,
- Wrist and finger extension
- Contralateral cervical side flexion.
- Positive Test
- Reproduction of the patients symptoms
