Purpose
- To evaluate the cause of the patients shoulder pain
- First described by Carbone in 2009[1]
Description
- Palpate the coracoid process
- Palpate the acromioclavicular joint
- Palpate the anterolateral subacromial area
- Positive test
- Pain on the coracoid process is more severe than the other two
Pathology
Evidence

- Sensitivity: 96-99%
- Specificity: 87-98%
