Description
- Strap-based brace worn over both shoulders in a figure-8 configuration
- Retracts the shoulders to align the clavicle
- Helps maintain proper posture and shoulder positioning
- Typically padded for comfort under the arms
- Adjustable straps allow customized fit and tension
Evidence
- No benefit over shoulder sling for treating mid-shaft clavicle fractures[1]
