Description
- An inversion table is a mechanical device that allows a user to be safely suspended at varying angles, including partial or full inversion.
- The user is secured by the ankles and rotates backward, using gravity to apply traction to the spine.
- This position may temporarily reduce spinal compression and relieve pressure on intervertebral discs, nerve roots, and surrounding soft tissues.
