Purpose

Evaluate Cubital Tunnel and Ulnar Nerve as a cause of elbow pain

Description

Examiner observes patients hand bilaterally
Positive findings:
- Palmar arch flattening
- Loss of ulnar hand elevation
- Loss of hypothenar bulk
- Secondary to weakness of the Opponens Digiti Minimi, Flexor Digiti Minimi Brevis
