Purpose

Positive Masse's sign on the right. Note the loss of hypothenar bulk and palmar arch flattening[1]
- Evaluate Cubital Tunnel and Ulnar Nerve as a cause of elbow pain
Description
- Examiner observes patients hand bilaterally
- Positive findings:
- Palmar arch flattening
- Loss of ulnar hand elevation
- Loss of hypothenar bulk
- Secondary to weakness of the Opponens Digiti Minimi, Flexor Digiti Minimi Brevis
