Purpose

- Evaluate the Plicae as a cause of knee pain
Description
- The patient is seated
- They quickly and actively extend the knee as in kicking a ball
- Positive test
- Reproduction of pain
- Thought to be due to the abrupt tension on the plica from the quadriceps femoris muscle.
