Purpose
- Evaluate the integrity of the Posterolateral Corner in the setting of acute knee injury
Description
- Patient is supine
- Note this test can be performed prone
- Knee flexed to 90°, externally rotated 15°
- Examiner grips the femoral condyles and directs a posterior force
- Positive test
- Excess posterolateral translation
