Purpose
- To help evaluate the cause of the patients back pain
Description
- The patient is seated
- Knees bent to 90°, hanging off the side of the examination table
- Examiner slowly extends knee to 180°
- Positive test
- Reproduction of the patients pain at or approaching full extension
