Brachioradialis

Origin

  • Lateral supracondylar ridge of Humerus

Insertion

  • Distal Radius (just proximal to the styloid process)

Actions

  • Flexion of the elbow (especially when forearm is in a mid-pronated position)
  • Assists in both supination and pronation
