• Medial border of scapula (from superior angle to spine)

Actions

• Elevation and adduction of Scapula
• Inferior rotation of glenoid cavity
• Lateral flexion/side bending of cervical spine vertebrae to same side

Vascular Supply

• Dorsal Scapular Artery

Innervation

• Dorsal Scapular Nerve (C5)
• Cervical spinal nerves C3, C4
