Origin

• Medial side of metatarsals 3 to 5

Insertion

• Medial side of proximal phalanx of the foot digits 3 to 5

Actions

• Abduction of the lateral 3 digits
• Flexion of the metatarsophalangeal joints

Innervation

• Lateral Plantar Nerve

Vascular Supply

• Lateral Plantar Artery
