- Outer surface of the Ribs 1 - 9/9
Insertion
- Costal aspect of medial margin of Scapula

- Protracts, stabilizes scapula
- Assists in upward rotation

- Lateral Thoracic Artery
- Superior Thoracic Artery (upper part)
- Thoracodorsal Artery (lower part)
