- Upper Subscapular Nerve
- Lower Subscapular Nerve
- Short Subscapular Nerve
General
- Two branches from the posterior cord of the brachial plexus from C5 and C6 nerve roots
- Innervates muscles of the scapula
Upper Subscapular Nerve
- Enters the upper part of the subscapularis
- Frequently represented by two branches
Lower Subscapular Nerve
- Superior division supplies the lower part of subscapularis
- Inferior division innervates teres minor
- Sometimes considered one of the subscapular nerves
- Responsible for innervating Latissimus Dorsi
