Anatomic relationship between ECU sheath floor, prestyloid recess, and triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC), which comprises ulnocarpal ligamentous complex (UCLC), disk, and palmar and dorsal radioulnar (RU) ligaments.[2]

Function

  • Stabilizes the ulnocarpal and radioulnar joints
