Tibionavicular Ligament

Description

The superficial layer is a broad and triangular structure composed of multiple fascicles. It is the weakest layer of the deltoid complex. The commonly recognized components of this layer are the tibionavicular ligament (TNL), the tibiospring ligament (TSL), and the tibiocalcaneal ligament (TCL). All three of these fascicles blend with the superomedial portion of the spring ligament complex (SL).[1]
