Compartments of the Thigh

Description

Cross-sectional anatomy of the thigh, demonstrating the anterior (quadriceps), posterior (hamstrings), and medial (adductor) compartments. Note the relationship between the intermuscular septa and the neurovascular structures of each compartment.[1]
