Dorsal ulnocarpal ligament

General

• Series of 3 extrinsic ligaments which provide stability to the dorsal wrist and carpus

Dorsal Intercarpal Ligament

• Attaches to the dorsal triquetrum and scaphoid, lunate
• Provides particular support to the scapholunate joint

Dorsal Radiocarpal Ligament

• Connects the dorsal radial rim with the lunate, triquetral

Dorsal Ulnocarpal Ligament

• Attaches proximally to the styloid of the distal ulna and extends distally to the triquetrum
• Strengthens the articular capsule of the radiocarpal joint
